Inkberrow Football Club believes that every child engaged in any activity associated with the Club should be able to do so in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from abuse.
Abuse is defined as:-
It is the responsibility of all Club Officials to ensure the care and safety of all young people involved in Club activities.
The Club will appoint a ‘Child Protection Officer’ whose responsibility will be as follows:-
The Club will require all Club Officials to complete a Personal Disclosure form that will be submitted to the FA for their consideration.
The Club will require all volunteers to complete a Volunteer Application Form should they wish to engage in organisational activities involved with young people.
The Club will ensure that all incidents of alleged abuse are investigated and reported on the appropriate Incident & Referral Form.
The Club will promote the FA/NSPCC Child Protection Helpline 0808 800 5000 in the interests of protecting all young people from any form of abuse.
